1 pound pecan halves
2 12-ounce packages chocolate chips
1 7-ounce jar marshmallow cream
4½ cup sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1 13-ounce can evaporated milk
Mix pecans, chocolate chips, and marshmallow together. Mix sugar, butter, and milk together in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over pecan mixture and stir until smooth and blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and allow to set until firm. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
