Military Madness Darwin. The 10 th map stage level of Military Madness.
Darwin is one of the more enjoyable maps in Military Madness – if you figure out a solid strategy. I just played Darwin and when the game was over I had 38 pieces and he had 0 – all in less than 10 turns.
To clobber the Military Madness computer in Darwin, you will capture 4 factories, instead of the one, possibly two that the game designers wanted you to capture. First, you'll take the north central factory, which was always slated to be yours. Then the SW factory, followed by the west central factory and finally the east central factory.
Essentially, run all your pieces east – BUT stay out from under the Hunters! This will draw his Hunters in so you can take them out with your planes, Seeker and Rabbit – using good ZOC. If you really want a challenge, you can use one Falcon to stop his Panther from capturing the NE factory, which will ultimately give you 5 factories, instead of 4. I am able to win, doing the more difficult 5-factory win technique, about 80% of the time, or perhaps slightly less.
